“The goal in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is sassa status to reach-out to a substantial range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is often a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office devoted to service the area every day. The provider issue developed for intervention activities a superior influx of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for your office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more sources to allow the servicing of all buyers and increase usage of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
